This pub is owned by Tom Conran, son of Terence. Nice pub/restaurant serving seafood dishes. It also serves meat based dishes. I particularly enjoyed the pint of prawns and a pint of Guinness whilst my mother feasted on pigeon. The sausages and mash, if they still do them, are delicious. The eating area in the pub section is somewhat cramped, but there are a few large sharing tables at the front. Never been into the upstairs restaurant so can't comment. The Cow can be a nice alternative to the heaving Westbourne gastro pub which is opposite, but it does get its fair share of business!
