A wide selection of drinks, all served with a smile, and a large menu of freshly cooked food with daily "specials". A great mix of pub and restaurent, with a good atmosphere and mix of people from all walks of life.
Never any trouble in this old English boozer and its not dominated by Sky TV like most other pubs these days. As for being too expensive - you get what you pay for. The high quality of surroundings, staff, food and drink are a guarentee and is suitable for family and friends alike.

Great Staff. Too bad the pub is WAY too expensive. The owner is a little odd and money hungry. The manager, however, is friendly and good to people.

One of my local work haunts in Pimlico. Used to go to the White Swan but that has gone downhill in the last few years and seems to survive because of the tourists on their way to Tate Britain only. No, this one is much better. Drinks and food are not cheap (£3 for a Stella, anyone?), but food is good, they have fast and friendly service and a pretty mixed crowd (office people, students, locals).
