Quite a good place but the owners seem to be a bit arrogant about it. Downstairs is great but they cant make there mind up about who to let down there. i was told that there was a private party in there which was a completely untrue as i just came from there! Appears to be a case of 'if your face fits'. Shame really. If the owners chilled out a bit it could be a fantastic place. When my friend asked (politely)about going downstairs he was told rudely "Its my bar and i can let in who i want". Oh dear. Service gets a low mark for that

I was a bit pissed off by Freedom as the only time I ever went there, myself and a friend were refused admission for not being Gay. They actually asked us if we were and we were just honest. :o(

Fantastic bar. Great atmosphere, good tunes, polite staff, stylish, character. Definately going again.
