This pub is a real favourite... have been going for years as am local. Great sunday roasts in the cosy restaurant at the back and staff are friendly and helpful and speak english....ARE english...yaaaaay!
Only celeb I've ever noticed was Julian Lloyd-Webber, another local. Nothing wrong with that... no Jordans or other wanabes.
Drinks are fine and reasonably priced and one can get a good claret for luncheon!
Summer can be packed as the outdoor patio is a place to be seen but loads of fun!

Mad place - absolutley love The Angelsey..The women are a real attraction but the food and the drink (esp. the wine) is worth the visit on its own..It is a very cosy pub but clean and tidy none the less..The loos have plenty of flat surfaces which are always usefull in Fulham.

We ate in the restaurant at the back. Great food. Unfussy menu. Great value for money. Lots of atmosphere. A fantastic example of an up-market traditional pub.
