Fun atmosphere, good music. A bit pricey and really smokey though. Friendly staff, with the exception of your usual arrogant French waiter.

I've only ever been there during the week after work but it makes a refreshing change to post-work drinks in the local pub. Also if you go between 5.30pm and 7pm there is a happy hour - cheap beer and champagne!
The clientelle is a bit of a mixture of people with more money than sense, normal people like me, and sometimes a whole tour group of what appeared to be American teenagers - a bit off-putting.
Having said that the service is very good, even if you're just having a drink, and I would definitely recommend the house champagne (happy hour of course!).
