Fishmarket Champagne Bar

I love this bar. Having discovered it about 3 months ago it has rapidly become my favourite haunt. Based near the main entrance of Liverpool Street station, it is a world away from the Wetherspoons right next door. You step from the busy street into a chic venue with chrome finishing and incredibly chatty and helpful staff. It's a good venue for a chat with friends and a glass of fizz and also a nice place to check out the high standard of attractive, besuited business men! A champagne cocktail retails at about £8.50, pretty standard for the City - they have a new one with Pimms and mint which is fabulous. Just one word of warning, if you order drinks at the table instead of the bar they charge you 12%!
