Brasserie Max

Went for a drink there a few nights ago. What a setting, well presented, however the service was slow and what seemed to be managment had no clue what was going on. After ordering a drink while waiting for friends from a supervisor, who seemed to be more concerned with what he looked like and what pose to strike next, due to the staggered service, he brought me the wrong drink after ordering a Margarietta. Waiting for a good half hour for a bowl of dim sum that were presented and actually rather tasty and over priced we were not offered any form of compensation. For five star standards this was slow and more middle class service.

The place has potential and location but needs to catch a bit of a wake up as i've said on service and waiter presentation. Happy staff equals happy customers. Otherwise extreamly beautifull in all means of what it is.
