I go to Kosmopol fairly regularly - it is a great addition to the South Ken bar scene. It has a relaxed, cosy yet stylish atmosphere and bar staff is very attentative and friendly.
Needless to say that Frederik's bar staff do a terrific job when it comes to cocktails and where else can you get real Warsteiner draught (for those uninitiated - probably the best German beer).
The crowd is pretty mixed but primarly local, which gives this bar the rather pleasant living room extension feeling.
