We went to 6 degrees after going to the theatre(jailhouse rock - fantastic by the way). It was such a good atmosphere with the live music I can't recommend it enough. Go now!!

Another bar where the staff seem to think it's perfectly OK to refuse someone a half-pint of lager because "we only serve pints". Who do you think you are, you arrogant tarts? Places like this give the West End a bad name. And they've got a bloke playing bongoes on a Saturday night - what's all that about?

My wife and I get to London every 2 months from Chicago. She's American and I grew up in South East London. Whenever we are in London we have to go to the 6 Degrees. They serve the best Mohitos in the World - and I mean the World.

It has to be said that 6 Degrees is one of the more friendlier bars within the boundaries of Soho.
The staff, the crowd and of course the cocktails make it a truly memorable experience if you're just visiting or whether it's a regular haunt.
A big thumbs up!!

Six Degrees Of Seperation perfectly captures the spirit of Soho. It's a funky little red-lit bar with a massive array of cocktails, plus the usual bottled beers - as well as San Miguel on tap. There are comfy sofas and dark corners to be anonymous in, as well as tables and chairs outside in summer, when the whole front of the bar opens up onto the street. It may not be the cheapest place in Soho, but if you want to go for an intimate drink with someone, or just go with a big group and get completely bladdered, you don't need to look any further.
Incidentally, for anyone who has played the playstation2 game "The Getaway", in which all of inner London has been digitised and recreated exactly, 6 Degrees is the bar in Soho in which the first major shootout occurs. The interior has been recreated exactly in the game, although the name on the door has been changed.
