The crowd st ruby-lo is H A R D C O R E, trust me. Prices aren't TOO bad considering venue size. The layout of the club is not very good though, as there's a big lounging area seperated from a small dance floor. When the pros are rockin the floor with the windmills us rookies are well advised to just step back and watch. The music is old skool with some really heaaavy beats - DJ is right there smackin it in your face and not hiding somewhere. Come here if you love hiphop and funk, but not if you want glamour or cheapness. See you there!

Ruby-Lo is a great venue - staff are friendly, bouncers pleasant but most of all its got a fantastic atmosphere! The breakdance nights are sound and the dancers great to watch! Nice seating areas and good oooold skool hip hop!But be aware drinks cost a bomb and it can get very hot as its underground!

Have been once before & enjoyed the Sat night scene. Last visit went horribly wrong due to the close seating arrangements. Unfortunately the girl causing trouble was given favour over our party (because there were more guys in our group). Disappointed that the door staff were so rude as we'd been minding our own business having a good time until then. Despite this unpleasant event, I would recommend it but watch out for girls with attitude guys as you'll be kicked out if there's any trouble & she'll be allowed to stay! (I'm a girl so I'm not favouring guys for the sake of it)

Absolutely fabulous! Pricey but UNIQUE cocktails so well worth it! We turned up on a Tuesday and to our surprise it turned out it was breakdance night so there were loads of very keen dancers around us - AND great DJs! Will charm you even if it's not your scene (it's not necessarily mine...).
