Nice pub but the quality of the real ale can be a little hit and miss. Good cheese sandwiches though and overall not to be missed by any tourist.

I can't believe no one has yet rated this venerable old pub....I've been going here for well on 30 years, and found that it hasn't changed a great deal in all that time.
Perhaps that will strike some as a "negative", but I believe that some things just get better as they age, and the Lamb and Flag is clearly a standout in the Covent Garden pub scene..
