Although it lookks like a traditional "olde worlde" style London pub from the outside, as soon as you walk through the doors you are hit by the sound and smell of a vibrant bar which also serves fantastic "gastro-pub" food.
During the Summer (although open all year round and inevitably populated by hardy souls during the winter as well!) there is a great garden running along the sound and around the back of the pub which allows even more people to be fighting for space at the bar on a Friday night.
Friday night is always the busiest of the week, and be warned of the large number of estate agents in the area on that evening, and other days are probably the best to attend if you are looking to sample the great food. Well worth a visit.
