London venue hire is very difficult Fri/Sat and more importantly very expensive. However, I booked my private party with my girlfriend at Living and had the first floor private function till 11pm with a reserved area afterwards last week. There was no fee and all our mates were on the free guestlist (thats 150 people!. It was a great party the cheesy 80/90s really sitred the mood and the atmosphere was really friendly all night. Could not recommend it more

This pace has the best Friday and Saturday nights in town. Excellent funky house Djs downstairs with some cheesy stuff upstairs - lots of up for it girls and guys . I used the free guestlist and reserved area option for my private party which worked wonderfully and I would recommend to anyone booking a birthday party or event. Will be back
Tip - get the coktail jugs taste great and would fill an elephant

I booked the venue for a private party upstairs early on Saturday with my own Djs till 10.30 when they opened the place to everyone (but I still had a reserved area at the back afterwards which was fab). I had a great time dancing to 80's trash pop. Only gripe was that all spirits are large so you spend and get drunk really fast.
I heard about the place after going to the pole dancing classes there (polepeople or something) great fun too but only if sober

Still the best party venue in South London by a mile. Fantastic music on both floors with funky house downstairs and 80s/90s pop trash upstairs. Real party atmosphere with a well dressed crowd. Any gripes well it is expensive to get in on Sats after 11pm but I guess it is free earlier and you can get on the guestlist by emailing them anyway.
