The Slug and Lettuce

The Slug & Lettuce in Clapham is no better than any other pub/bar in the district so how can they have the cheek to charge £3.15 for a pint of beer, it is the most expensive pint I have had in London and I definately will not be going to another Slug & Lettuce and will notify all who I know that the place is a RIP OFF.

The slug and Lettuce chain used to be very good when it was just south London based and Part owned by Millwall FC.It has since become yet another fsceless coporate chain, they all look the same.I can't say I was impressed by the bouncers eyeing everyone up and down at the one in Wardour Street. Go to The Ship.

I entered the Slug and Lettuce without any expectations and left very impressed! Great food, great ambiance, stayed all night!

I haven't actually been here, I live in Sydney Australia. My boyfriend Cliff came here on his first night out in London and said it was great and then proceed to get blind there, so it must be tops! Thankyou for showing my boy a good night out.

Fantastic, cosy and comfortable place. Scatter cushions downstairs make so comfy you don't want to leave. Great service a great atmosphere
