the staff are the most ignorant bunch of people you could ever meet you never see them wash there hands before bringing your food to the table and they just dont care about the customers who pay there wages as for the beer well you get what you pay for i advise you to stay well away from this place

I had fun here. Rocked in at about 7pm with several friends and started getting down to some serious ale drinking and tobacco smoking. I agree with the previous post that the dresscode is a bit "scruffy". But urchins are fun and the lack of sartorial grace didn't effect the taste of the ale or distdort my pertception of jollity. If you haven't been to this establishment I urge you to fold up your prejudices and put themunder the bed. Don't be put off by the unkempt, their terrifically nice folk. The previous lady mentioned the breakfast which I was not able to partake in. My evenings do not tend to last so long that I take my morning paper and eggs amongst the woodbines. A little round up for you... try it, its fun!

This pub's great if you want a cheap night down the boozer as very cheap - and fantastic for a hangover brekkie.
The dress code is relaxed but it can get a bit scruffy in there. Not somewhere I'd recommend for spending the whole night in, but great as a starter point to meet your mates. Big screen lets you watch footie during the week and the booths have got their own private tv.
