Cafe Cairo

Before even stepping over the threshold of Cafe Cairo it is obvious that it is a gem. An urban oasis of comfortable seating, authentic food and, above all else, great shisha. The atmosphere is unique and its easy to imagine that you will step out not onto a london street but into an eastern bazaar. Top notch place.

this is truly my favourite bar in london! it has an amazing chilled out vibe and you could easily imagine yourself in a restaurant by the nile. the food is good and shisha pipes come in many lovely flavours. it is easy to lose many hours here - but you won't regret it!

really really nice place to lounge with comfy friends. they do the yummiest drinks - Sahlab (thick, frothy milk with raisins and cinamon) and this juice with guava, mint and violet. mmm. you can just sit around for hours... practising blowing smoke rings with the shisha.

it is a great way to spend a evening. the service is friendly and warm and it has a extremly relaxed atmosphere, the air fragrent with the smoke of shisha pipes. time melts away at the cafe cairo so dont have to many drinks!

My actual experience at Cafe Cairo was alot better than my ratings suggest. It's out of this world...especially in the the chilled out area with the comfy cushions...(go see for yourselves). The staff were really friendly and relaxed - everyone was jammin at the party i went to. Highly recommend, especially with 'chilled out friends'. (Don't know about the food as i didn't eat that night)
