Pavillion

Nice place, lovely for a summers evening drink after work - I have been a couple of times now. Horribly expensive though - £18 for two glasses of wine - which were "big glasses" admittedly but nevertheless, that's really very expensive. A bottle of wine would have been cheaper. Good service and atmosphere though and an attractive interior. Lovely to be able to sit outside on the warmer evenings, although the park does get closed off at sunset and then you have to move! Classier than a lot of the pubs and other drinking establishments in the area - very "City" - a lot of people with a lot of money to throw about: perhaps that's why it's a bit pricey?
